CrossFit itself is just a modality, but what we’ve built is something bigger, something more—a community of people who face adversity, celebrate victories, struggle, sweat, and laugh together—in other words, a family.
CrossFit will show you that you are capable of more than you ever imagined, your achievements will be measurable and undeniable, and you will see them reflected in the faces of your coaches and peers. As you begin to reach goals you once thought impossible, you will begin to ask yourself: what else am I capable of? And this foundational change in the way you think about yourself will ricochet through all areas of your life.

At CrossFit Northport, your goals are more important to us than the workout of the day, we offer a number of of services to help you reach your health, life, and fitness goals because our focus is you.
Health & Goals Assessment
Your success is our mission, and you can’t track success without first outlining clear goals. We all begin our health and fitness journeys for different reasons, and we want to know yours. In addition to outlining your goals, we establish a health and fitness baseline with the help of our high-tech Inbody 270.
We believe form is everything. The movements that comprise a CrossFit workout are skills. For example, the Olympic lifts are integral to our programming. We are talking about an Olympic-level skill! We want you to be safe, confident, and prepared for your first group class, so all new members are taught the fundamental skills one-on-one by one of our highly-trained coaches and must demonstrate proficiency before graduating to group class.
Our regular CrossFit classes have been designed to meet the needs of a large and varied community. But when it comes to achieving specific goals, Personal Training will definitely accelerate your progress. Whether you want to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for a competition, or just prefer a one-on-one experience, an individually designed program will provide you with targeted results.
Improving your eating habits is the most direct route to improving your quality of life. Many of our clients love our Nutrition Coaching program. Starting at just $75/month, it provides tremendous value. You and Adam will discuss your current eating habits and develop a workable plan based on your goals and needs, and will keep you accountable through scheduled meetings.
